Okay, discovered the problem, maybe. (Which wasn't solved by a complete system restart. My OS is too new: 10.6.8 (which isn't qualified. Where am I going to get 10.6.6? (And my reseller gave
me the 10.6.8 version. Obviously an accident.) Anybody have a copy of 10.6.6 on disk? (In Los Angeles, the Valley, although I'll travel
over the hill to borrow a copy.)

If you want to donate to Red Cross quake relief, you can do so through your cell phone. Text redcross to 90999 to make a $10 donation. It will be on your next cell bill.
