After reading this thread and seeing how miuch this affects you - I guess I dont "get" why when time is money you wouldnt pick up the phone and call to get it resolved quickly. With each registered system you get a service code to use to call in. This is not normal behavior which most here can back up so something is wrong with your configuration and my gut feeling is it is the app and its interaction with the OS. When was the last time you did a clean install of your OS? Ping me on email.... I can try and access the code you got and get you to support so you can get this fixed once and for all.
