I mentioned to someone the other day that, while everyone's staring lovingly upwards into Steve's Holy iCloud of Digital Download Redemption, the ISPs down here on Earth (who, don't forget, are also your Telco and Cable TV providers) are further capping bandwidth and moving the pricing tiers around to better gouge consumers who already have fewer and fewer provider choices as more and more consolidation takes place.
