Re: [Avid-L2] The official Avid response

I think this paragraph, especially the last sentence, strikes the perfect
tone.

"For Avid, making great video and audio products to serve the needs of
professionals - top editors, whether for film, theatrical, television,
broadcasters, major film and music studios, or independent film producers is
our lifeblood. You can depend on us to be thinking about your needs first."

Also looking forward to hearing more about "what's ahead" for Avid. I'm
firmly hoping some solid word regarding AJA Kona (and hopefully Blackmagic
DeckLink) cards. Being able to reuse that hardware makes the switch to Avid
a much easier move for many.
