Thanks for the suggestion. It turned out that the Production company DID fail to send audio. Coming tomorrow on a 16gig USB stick! Some didn't fit, last 2 gigs were ftpd. I was pretty confident that it wasn't an Avid or user issue when I only saw "vo1" files in the MXF folder.
It really is funny how we're moving media around nowadays.
When I started my own place just seven years ago, I was still getting FedEx packages with DigiBeta tapes. Now, it's "sticks" and "cloud."
