I think you need to buy the pre v.5 upgrade ($495) and then ScriptSync
license ($995).

But I would contact a local dealer or even Videoguys.com.

Maybe you can catch a break and they will give you the upgrade for free.
There is a promo right now for version 5 users to get free upgrade to
5.5 with SS or PhraseFind purchase.
