Re: [Avid-L2] Copyright Protection vs. Fair Use

It's hard to imagine the video would work as well without that track.

Copyright is a bitch sometimes - clearly by the letter of the law the use of
the music is an infringement. Fair use probably doesn't apply really (and is
a principle that is missing in many country's copyright law anyway). Jefery
Harrell has is making no commercial gain from his use of the music though so
it's certainly at the minor end of the spectrum.
