We've tried a Compressor conversion, and the results are unacceptable, lots of motion artifacting and frame smearing. Do you folks know of another 3rd party plug in, utility, or hardware solution that will do this for us cleanly?

Do you need it to run the same duration but at 24 fps? Or do you just want to slow it down to 24 fps and make is run longer?

If the former, Twixtor would be another choice. for the latter reconform frame rate in Cinema Tools.
