Probably the best guy I know who does Premiere training is Tim Kolb.
I've also done some marketing pieces for Adobe on making the transition from FCP to Premiere or even on how to use Avid with Premiere. They're somewhere on the Adobe site.
There's also my very low-cost DVD or on-line training called "Avid Media Composer for Final Cut Pro Users" by Class on Demand.
