[Avid-L2] Stumped on NTSC to internet QT transcode method...

 

I have .vob DVD files from my operator reel that I want to post to my
website. First I'm going to export the .vob's to Avid at 1:1x and bring back
into Avid to trim a few shots and re-track some newer music. Any suggestions
on the best workflow and outputting NTSC interlaced material for internet
display? I've tried a few different test settings but they all end up
looking like jittery garbage.
