Hi Dennis, this is David from Sorenson Media. I sent your question to our tech
support team and here's what they said:
"He should be able to do this in Squeeze 5, but he needs to make all six
channels into separate source audio files (he is leaving 1&2 and 5&6 together).
Squeeze 7 will allow him to make a H.264 blu-ray disc that Sqz5 won't allow him
to do, but he should be able to make an MPEG-2 or VC-1 blu-ray file with a
surround sound 5.1 ac3 file. He needs to import his video file, right-click it
and choose 'Link Audio', in the link audio files window select '5.1 surround'
and then choose the file for each channel."
