Somehow, knowing Steve Bayes, I really doubt this is his baby. If I was him, I would wondering what's next. He had to know exactly how this was going to be received by the high end pro market, and he probably argued against the way it was released and FCP 7 was pulled. But, like most folks, he does like being employed. :-/
