[Avid-L2] Re: Dual Graphics cards Mac Pro with Avid MC

 

I do it most of the time because for an offline machine, it's the best monitoring solution: no drag, no delay and the machine is super responsive. Usually any second card offered as an option on the Apple store is fine. One of the latest machine I setup that way had two Geforce GT120 with two 22 inches monitors for bins and timeline and a 42" monitor connected via its dvi slot. Full Screen Display was great.
