What !!!!!!!! Even Zelin knows better than that ;-)
A good UPS is ESSENTIAL in a shared storage world. There are so many issues that simple unregulated (not to mention no UPS) power can cause in this case. The "Find" problem is likely corruption caused by the outage.
Sheesh! It's basis facility design 101.
