Good Morning Everyone -
I am spec'ing out a new Dell workstation to upgrade our current MC
workstations, which are going on 4-5 years old.
On the qualified list of workstations that Avid has on its website, I see an
NVidia FX3800 card that is qualified with the Dell Precision T3500
workstation although that card does not appear on the Dell website as an
option now for the T3500. There is an NVidia 4000 card available.
Has anyone recently purchased a Dell workstation and, if so, have you used a
replacement option for the NVidia FX3800 that is currently working with MC
5.5, which is going to be our upgrade once we purchase the new workstations?
Thanks in advance for any wisdom you can provide on this.
Ron
