[Avid-L2] CS5 + Media Composer 5.0/NewsCutter 9.0 + Windows 7 experience

 

I have an editor who is reporting "lots of crashing" when using the
NewsCutter application (equivalent to MC 5) and After Effects CS5 at the
same time. This is an hp xw8600 with 8GB of RAM and running Windows 7
Professional 64-bit.

I'm curious to know if others are running a similar configuration
successfully (or not).
