Essentially a master group of groups. Its in the bin menu below "group clips".
From the Avid manual"
"Multigrouping is strictly for use in large multicamera productions,
such as situation comedies, in which all synchronous camera shots are
recorded with the same timecode. The MultiGroup function is a single
Bin menu command that eliminates the time-consuming steps of
collecting, sorting, grouping, and assembling large volumes of
multicamera clips."
