I think they are still there, but they appear to have converted the offices
along Hollywood Way into retail space, a la Quizno's on the Magnolia side.
I guess they figure that they can get more income from that square footage
leasing it as shops rather than as production offices. Just a guess based
on the construction I saw going on there a few weeks ago.

I drove by the corner of Magnolia and Hollywood Way in Burbank today and
didn't see the usual Kappa Studios Signage on the windows which were all
covered in brown paper. Anybody know if Kappa Studios moved their location
or what's up?
