[Avid-L2] Red AMA EDL data

We're getting to the online stage of a RED telefeature and finding
trouble...

The workflow we adopted was AMA R3D into Media Composer then transcode to
DNxHD36

Now the plan is to reconform from R3D in Resolve for finishing and grade.
But there's some issues...

It seems that the Assistant Editor, who was great but not familiar with RED
stuff, has taken it upon himself to add 'Tape' metadata to all the AMA clips
before transcoding. This make no difference in the editing process, but now
that we've come to online it's made exporting an EDL for Resolve to be
pretty difficult as the Avid EDL manager offers only a "Tape or Filename"
source option, which in this workflow usually this would create an EDL with
filename in the source column (using the "File_16" EDL type) however because
a Tape number is specified it is using that instead.

I've been unable to get any settings to give me something usable - I really
need the filename for the conform. Neither the "Clip Name" (gives me Subclip
name with scene/take info) nor "Source File" (only gives be the tape name
eg, "A071") comments options help.

I also can't modify the clips to have no Tape info once it's been assigned.

I've sent a couple of sample AAFs to the post house to test with Resolve (or
whatever else thy can try using) but would like to get an EDL if possible
anyway.

Anyone dealt with this issue before? It's frustrating that the EDL Manager
doesn't offer an explicit option to choose between Tape or Filename.
