Ken,

Your options are EDL or AAF. FWIW - I've had less than stellar success moving AAF or XML into and out of Premiere Pro. Best if you have tape sources and just need to recapture. Worst if it's file-based media and you hope to simply relink. Best if you strip out all effects and motion/opacity parameters first.
