I do not know many quality options that handle SDI that are not rack mountable, most are only 1-2RU in size and fit on top of a console pretty unobtrusively. Personally I like Wohler's products they have built in de-imbedders, you can loop your SDI feed in then out again up to your main monitor. here is a good 2 channel unit http://www.wohler.com/Details.aspx?ItemNumber=AMP1-SDA
