[Avid-L2] MC won't update media database

 

We just updated our 2 Avid suites to 5.03, Nitris DX, HP Z400 boxes with win7,
and the latest Terrablock system with multiuser write capability.  I am moving
media from the old system to the new.  I am having an issue with MC not
rescanning the drives when I drop new media into the media file folders.  It
will not rebuild the databases if I trash them or use the refresh media
directories option.  I am suspecting the terrablock multi-user function is to
blame but we have lost the administrative options from the drive manager app.
also.  Any clues?
