[Avid-L2] AMA between mac and PC relinking

 

Hi there,

So it seems the drive letter is critical for relinking in the PC world. How
does this work if you are going between Mac and PC? So AMA and consolidate
on a mac avid and then do the online and relink back to rushes on a PC. How
does it know where the files are?

All our research suggests that the drive letter in PC land is critical to
relinking but we can't figure out where this info is stored. There are no
bin columns that say the path.

This is AMA with QT. Alexa files..

Any thoughts?
