There is a difference between DVD and broadcast in DV
NTSC DV is 4:1:1, while MpegII for DVD is 4:2:0.
That will hurt. So if the source is 4:2:2 and output is DVD, i would never
use DV.
(For PAL it's no problem, as DV pal is 4:2:0 also)
