24p PAL (SD) comes out as 50i with a PAL Pulldown (one field added every
half second). 1080p24.00 (HD) comes out as 1080/24PsF.
23.98p is no PAL rate, so we don't shoot nor post at it.
The recent discussion was about the Matrox MXO2 Mini. That's still under
investigation, when it comes to 24p PAL (SD).
