I have mucho experience with this. Try pulling out your AVX plug-ins
and bring them back one at a time until you get the error again.
Also, if you have a "font doctor" utility, go through all fonts and
repair or delete any questionable fonts. And lastly, you may get
this when selecting a clip or group of clips and moving it around the
timeline. Save every your seq every time you select a clip.
