Re: [Avid-L2] I will pay Frank Capria to bring back the Interface settings

My personal preference would be for the various timeline status colors
(offline red, target mismatch yellow, etc...) to be enabled by
default, and to override whatever wack-a-doodle colors that the
editors might choose.
