accommodate them. This means, for example, that an SD 3:4 480X720 image will
be stretched to 1080 pixels vertically, and 1440 pixels horizontally

consumers, drinking a beer, kicking back, and don't want to see a lot of
black around a small 480X720 image in the center of the screen, but not what

monitoring. A proper monitor will give you the choice, but the majority of
consumer units do not, as well as those that call themselves "pro." It is a
rather important option for serious work. Some manufacturers call it by
different names, but the one term to look out for is "Just" because while
that is sometimes the right thing, it is just as often "just another
distortion." Look for a monitor that gives you the option to display "just"
"one" pixel for each "one" that is in the actual footage you are working
with: "Just 1:1."

What do you mean by 1:1pixel display? Are there other resolutions for TV
monitors? On the website they say it's 1920x1080 full HD.
The MXO2 mini will just help me to monitor on TV the avchd edit.

be of any help with that. You should also probably examine what they
actually mean by "true 24p" since I think most marketing departments throw
that term around without regard for the whole truth, and Psf is always a
problem.
