Subbits can handle it, convert SCC to subs, and output to YouTube friendly
format.
(and it can do a hell of a lot more...)
Note, for more than two line CC, you need to set a correct line break.
(Perhaps split the titles into two)
Good news, if you split a title, the duration of the two new ones is auto
adjusted based on content, and using Arrow Up/Down, you can set a line break
without moving the mouse/cursor.
Very powerfull.
