True 24? Probably not possible if the monitor was not designed to.
Check the monitor specs. If the monitor can only run at a 60hz,
forget it. You have to be able to sync at a multiple of 24khz (48,
72, 96, 120) to display 24fps, no matter how you get the signal in.
If it can run at those sync rates, then it might be possible, but if
it's not directly supported on input, it's tricksy, probably requiring
a conversion from SDI to DVI.
