[Avid-L2] Traditional Film Cutting Room Needed

Anyone know where I can find a traditional / 'old school' film cutting
room in LA? It's for a friend's research project- cataloging an old
film archive, selecting material for restoration and transfer to
digital medium for future presentation, as well as continued
preservation. 35mm and 16mm rewinds, splicers, etc., maybe a flatbed
or simpler viewing device. - It's a large collection of random
elements, so ground floor with delivery access, but secure, would be
ideal.

Please contact me off list with suggestions, and I'll forward your
information on. Real estate would be a start if the room is not
already set up - the equipment's not so complicated it can't be
brought in, as long as the place is secure and has decent storage,
access, and A/C.

I'm sure this still exists somewhere - I just don't know where.
