[Avid-L2] Symphony v4.0.5 Classic Nitris Re Format quality q

Project came in with P2 media at 720p 29.97 (not 59.94). Symphony will work in this format but will not digital cut. We changed to format to 1080i 59.94 and it seems to be working. Is there a console command or setting to change the scaling quality that Avid uses to uprez 720p to 1080? It doesn't look to bad, but just wondering.
