[Avid-L2] Re: OT: How many Ding Dongs does it take for a credit roll?

Oh it gets better. After countless discussion with facilities and engineers etc... The guy emails saying they just sent a show from somewhere else in town and it only took 20 minutes total for the two parts of a 44 minute show. I downloaded from the ftp the clips and they weren't uncompressed animation at all. They were H264 427x240 etc... After showing this to the execs they contacted the guy and said so the files you just mentioned are really uncompressed and the answer was yes. We left it at that. Either H264 is the new uncompressed or someone doesn't know what they are talking about. You be the judge.
