[Avid-L2] Re: Online Spot Review Suggestions

We use Sorenson to compress and to transfer, we use sharefile.com (paid service) incredible fast uploads and downloads....must faster than our internal ftp server. Very reliable, and you can customize your interface to look like your company branding. It might sound like a commercial, but I don't work for them. The service just works......everytime.

They all at one time or another report errors which prevents the automatic upload to the 360 site. Sometimes these errors are on the account validation side, other times cryptic tech problems. I don't believe you can post pre-compressed files quickly without re-compressing. Managing uploaded files online is a joke for professionals trying to delete or handle a moderately sized library of videos. Tech support is clueless. Etc.

Then upload to a site which can provide us a simple link to email to clients so they can view via the web (not post comments or anything, just view). A solution that is Iphone or Blackberry friendly is a plus. Also would be nice to be able to customize branding or at least be branding free.
