Sorry but if the OP's setup worked for a meridian system I can't see how the wiring of the O2R is going to change beccause the system is now adrenaline.
Selected video input in the capture tool is a far more important factor in getting AES audio out to work reliably
I don't think anyone can diagnose why this isn't working (Other than lucky guesswork) without the answers to the questions I asked earlier in this thread.
What do you have selected as the clock reference source on the 02R? (Internal, External, slot etc...)
What do you have selected as the current video reference on the video output tab on the Avid?
What do you have currently selected as the video input on the capture tool on the Avid?
What do you have as physical reference sources (B&B? Wordclock? and What video sources do you have? (decks? external lines? etc? and how are they referenced?)
