[Avid-L2] Print Sequence with First Frame Images & Timecode

I've searched high and low for this...with no success.

Does anyone happen to know if there is any way to create a hardcopy printout of a sequence -- such that the first image of every new shot is displayed sequentially and vertically on the left side of the page -- and the Master timecode value (not Source TC) of that first frame displayed directly adjacent (to the right) of the image?

I need to create a "visual" cue sheet that references the shots in a sequence and the timecode values that are associated with them. Doing it manually would be an enormous bummer.

Thanks in advance.
