[Avid-L2] Media Composer upgrade time - stocking reseller suggestions?

Well I'm finally stepping into the 21st century. Just ordered a new Z800. The price wasn't bad - under $6,600 with dual X5570 cpu's, 12 gigs of ram, the 1100 watt power supply and Windows 7 pro 64 installed - shipping included. I even got a little gutsy and went with the FX5800 video card anticipating it being qualified in the near future.

Then I discovered Media Composer 4 boxed upgrades are out-of-stock at the Avid Store. I'm sure they wont press any more with the release of 5.0 pending. In the meantime I really want to get off of version 2.7 and my XW8000 - and I want to upgrade Avid Studio at the same time.

Can anyone recommend a reseller with stock of a boxed upgrade to version 4?
