[Avid-L2] HD Video monitor

Hi all
I am building an editing room and I need a suggestion for what HD video
monitor should I buy.
Is Sony 32" BRAVIA
Pro<http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/666863-REG/Sony_KDL32S5100_92_32_BRAVIA_Pro_LCD.html>a
good choice? How about Sharp
PN-E421 42"<http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/666619-REG/Sharp_PN_E421_PN_E421_42_Full_Color.html>?
My budget is limited to approx. $1200.

Also, I'm thinking to get a Matrox MXO2 Mini for I/O and monitoring needs. I
have an AVCHD camcorder as a second camera and I know the MXO2 Mini will
help a lot.
