RE: [Avid-L2] USB ports stopped working

I have had that infuriating problem more than once, and found that copying
the drivers from a working system (esp, USBHub.sys) fixed it each time. The
driver was present, but obviously corrupted. Cheaper than a new
mother#$&^%board. (The drivers did not show up in any ordinary search; I
went to the other system and located them manually in
Windows>System32>drivers)

Known flaw (along with that f@!#ing Nvidia card).

Unplug and cold boot the system. If it does not fix it, call HP. Time to
replace the mobo.
