[Avid-L2] QT Stereo

I'm exporting QT Ref, and using Squeeze to export H.264 QT. The source material is stereo, and all Squeeze settings say stereo. But the resulting QT is mono. I re-imported into Symphony and confirmed that it is mono. Any solutions to keep my audio stereo?
