[Avid-L2] Marquee help

I was going to go down the optimistic path of using the auto titler in Marquee yesterday, however Marquee would not load - coming up with error "Could not read tmpfile" I believe it has issues with permissions, however using a different machine with the same permissions (administrator) the error is not raised. Any thoughts/solutions or words of wisdom would be most appreciated.
I think the error is the same one as this!
