Re: [Avid-L2] MXF folders

More MXF nightmares. I have have been trying to resurrect a project
from last year for several hours now. First problem is, for some
reason my normal meticulous archiving system is broken on this one and
I have not found the definitive folder with the media. I did find a
project folder with some mxf files and sub folders of mxf files. I
loaded these in and only got a few things online.
Bigger problem, suddenly I started getting this on start up of MC when
I was adding files:

Exception: 'DISK_FILE-NOT-FOUND'
An error occurred validating the media directory
(drive name) AvidMediaRiles MSF.1

So folder 1 does not load. I pulled the old media directory files
out, pulled out the media files I added, but now am in Avid Hell.
Nothing I do seems to clear this error. Is there another way to get
past this? I have hundred and maybe thousands of media files in this
folder so pulling them out one at a time seems pointless.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Lou
