I go through www.voice123.com for talent. I pick talent that are good
and have good technical custom auditions. That way I know that their
recording skills and facilities are up to the job. I haven't paid for
voice over recording studio time in six years. And I am talking about
doing national TV spots. It's not incredibly friendly if you have
clients that have to participate in the sessions, but you can always
have them on a conference call.
