[Avid-L2] OT: Stupid ads

I guess the stupid people are not exclusive to Craig's List.

I like the part about being metrics-driven and taking criticism in Spanish. That comes up a lot in my experience.

POSITION � EDITOR ASSOCIATE PRODUCER/PREDATOR, SYNDICATED CONTENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to Editing, planning,
writing and posting new syndicated -mobile channels for our studio.
Position will work with our Supervising Producer and account management
team to bring new products to fruition. Will also assist with providing
oversight assure development of product specifications. Position will
serve as post producer to these channels and will be responsible for
monitoring and reporting of sales/usage/customer feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop creative concepts, treatments and edits of content

Conduct daily/weekly communication with clients, to include phone and
detailed e-mail communications on the projects: status updates,
timelines, posting progress

Manage relationship of multiple clients communications/expectations

Regular communication with studio, account management and internal development team

Manage daily progress reviews for these projects

Participate in weekly review meetings with Supervising Producer.

Maintain quality control on client deliverables.

Improve production pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be punctual, reliable and flexible

Successful track record in post production and management of products/shows/series.

Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making.

Must be team player.

Strong creative experience � able to give clear and direct instruction and take constructive criticism well

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally

Strong written and oral communication skills

You must be an expert with Final Cut Pro.

You must be an expert with Photoshop.

You should be enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative.

You must have the legal right to work in the United States.

provide references at the interview.

Mandatory 3 + years Final Cut Pro experience.

You have to be fast.

Mandatory 3 + years Photoshop experience.

You have to know what's what.

3 + years working in a corporate environment (Network/Cable, etc.)Not just your student films and music videos.

2 + years Associate Producer or More experience

This could be a long term position.
