[Avid-L2] Can you open PC bins in a Mac

Old school question here. I need to log and create bins on an Avid Meridian Xpress PC and open them on an Avid Meridian Xpress Mac for digitizing and editing. Both PC and Mac systems are running same version of Meridian Xpress software. Both will use identical project name. Can the bins made on the PC be opened in Mac after copying them into the project folder on the Mac? No media needs to come over only bins of logged undigitized clips.
