God... I just know I'm gonna buy this thing then a month from now Apple will announce that they'll start showing up in MBPs in the Spring.

IIRC, the USB3 release is over a year late from what Intel was
originally hoping for, and I've heard nothing lately about S3200 or
S1600 Firewire. Granted, I've not paid attention to any of it since I
first heard of any of these over two years ago.
