I saw this earlier. The guy who's interviewed for the piece is wrong
about post houses not having iPhone apps other than Technicolor. The
UK shop "The Mill" has had a color correction app (and contest) for
the iPhone for several months. Maybe more than a year, so Technicolor
is actually behind, not leading.
