I offer:

The Shark appears to be a single-channel device intended to delay PA
speakers. So for stereo, you'd need two of them. And for surround
sound home theater use, you'd need 6 of them or more. Not so cheap now
. . . . ;)
"LipFix" is $249 and digitally delays all channels at the same time
through S/PDIF; even 5.1 or 7.1 surround. But no, it's not as cheap as
two Sharks for stereo.
