'friendly' as the Avid one but I've been very pleased with the results -
very smooth scaling, minimal line jitter and rotation. I've put 6-8MP images
in it without problems, which used to be problematic with Avid Pan and Zoom
sometimes.
Haven't used the Stagetools one though, so I can't compare there.
