When it's my floor, my brain or my investment, I decide the budget.

I would rather have the budget to pay a specialist for every step of post-production, but that's out of my hands 95% of the time.

I would rather have a floor guy who has done nothing but wood floors, work on the wood floors in my house than a handyman who does a little of everything.

I would rather have an brain surgeon work on my brain then a General Practitioner.

I would rather have a architectural designer come up with plans for my house than a guy with a design your own home software package.

To me, a guy who still learns something new about my craft everyday, getting someone who specializes in a skill is better then someone who has done it a couple of times.
